The goal of this clinical trial is to test two new behavioral interventions designed to reduce stress and improve spiritual well-being in stressed adults. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Can the program decrease stress and improve spiritual well-being? 2. What brain changes accompany participation in the programs? Participants will: 1. Be randomized to either a live online course that meets for 90 minutes every week for 8-weeks, or to a self-paced program. In the self-paced program, participants will receive materials once a week and can work through them at their own pace. Both programs are designed to decrease stress and improve well-being. 2. Complete questionnaires before and after the course. 3. Complete and interview before and after the course. 4. A subset of people will be randomized to complete an MRI scan of their brain before and after the course. Participants will be randomized to either take the course right away, or be put on a wait-list. Those on the wait-list will undergo the testing at 2 timepoints before they start the program.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how three current insomnia therapies (trazodone, daridorexant, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) compare with each other in peri- and post-menopausal women. It will also learn about the safety of the treatments. The main questions it aims to answer are: Which commonly used insomnia therapies are most effective and safe for improving insomnia symptoms in peri- and post-menopausal people? How well do the treatments work for people from different backgrounds, who are at different stages of menopause, and who have different conditions common during menopause (e.g., sleep apnea, mood disturbance, etc.)? What medical problems do participants have when using these treatments? Participants will: Be asked to take trazodone every night, take daridorexant every night, or participate in an online behavioral program for insomnia, for a total of 12 months. Participate in a total of one in-person visit and 7 virtual visits (phone calls) over the 12 months. Wear (and keep) a Fitbit and fill out a daily sleep diary for at least 4 weeks over the 12 months. Fill out online surveys 4 times over the 12 months.

The purpose of this first-in-human study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary efficacy of AMG 410 when administered alone or in combination with other agents in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring KRAS alterations. This is a dose-escalation study in which participants will be assigned to multiple dose levels (DLs) of AMG 410, either as monotherapy or in combination with other agents, followed by expansion cohorts. The goal is to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD)-the highest dose with acceptable safety and manageable side effects-or the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of AMG 410 in adult participants with KRAS-altered advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

Primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a condition where the immune system mistakenly destroys platelets, which are cells that help stop bleeding. This leads to a lower number of platelets, making it easier to bruise or bleed. The main aim of this study is to check how safe mezagitamab is and how well it is tolerated by adults with chronic primary ITP, if given over a longer time. Other aims are to learn how effective treatment with mezagitamab is and how the body processes it (called pharmacokinetics or PK) over a longer time. Participants of the following previous mezagitamab studies will be invited to join this continuation study: TAK-079-3002 and TAK-079-1004. In this continuation study, participants will receive mezagitamab when certain protocol criteria are met. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times.

This study is open to adults and adolescents aged 12 to under 18 with bronchiectasis. People can participate in this study if they produce sputum and have had flare-ups (also called exacerbations). The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1291583 helps people with bronchiectasis. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes BI 1291583 tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. A placebo tablet looks like the BI 1291583 tablet but does not contain any medicine. Participants take 1 tablet once a day for up to 1 year and 6 months. Participants are in the study for up to 1 year and 8 months. During this time, participants visit the study site up to 10 times and get about 13 phone calls from the site staff. Participants regularly complete a diary on a smartphone about their bronchiectasis symptoms and study doctors regularly check for any changes. The study doctors document when participants experience flare-ups. The number of flare-ups is compared between the participants who receive BI 1291583 and those who receive the placebo. The study doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

The goal of this observational study is to research the impact of molecular signals from the heart, liver and fat tissue on cardiovascular disease risk, and the presentation of Type II Diabetes and diseases that affect the heart, blood vessels and metabolism (Cardiometabolic Disease). Specifically, the focus is on the content and function of Extracellular Vesicles (EVs), small sacs released from a cell's surface that contain important molecular cargo. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. What molecular cargo do adipose-tissue EVs carry? 2. How do these cargo impact cardiac and hepatic function? 3. Are changes in EV content related to cardiac function and adiposity with weight loss? Tissue samples from fat tissue and blood samples will be collected from patients receiving bariatric weight loss surgery.
